On the rooftops of Rennes, a living space designed to bring people together

HelloWork transformed the 300 m² terrace of its headquarters in Rennes, perched at the top of the Mabilais building, into an open-air space for relaxation and work. Faced with the site’s constraints—exposure to wind, invisibility from the street, and multifunctional use—the objective was clear: to create an aesthetic, flexible, and comfortable place for 400 employees.

This project was designed in collaboration with our reseller Terrasse & Dépendances, an expert in outdoor spaces, who skillfully integrated our Fermob Garden Office range with both finesse and practicality.

To further enhance the space, the BELLEVIE and LUXEMBOURG lounge collections, with their fluid, weighted frames, and colorful lines, were selected for their ability to suit any purpose—whether for taking a break, holding informal meetings, or creating coworking areas.
