Courtyard by Marriott Lyon Eurexpo Stadium, a multi-space project by Fermob
Opened at the end of 2024, the Courtyard by Marriott Lyon Eurexpo Stadium is the latest establishment of the Dalofi Group, now owner of 6 hotels and a loyal Fermob client for many years.
Close to cultural and business venues in East Lyon (Lyon Eurexpo, Groupama Stadium, LDLC Arena, Saint-Exupéry airport…), the 108-room hotel designed by architect Xavier Misery was conceived for both business and leisure clientele.
For this project, Fermob was asked to furnish a wide variety of outdoor spaces: lounge terrace, dining area, poolside, and fitness space. A challenge met thanks to the complementarity of products and collections, designed to suit all uses.
Fermob furniture is presented in a harmonious palette with a touch of exclusivity: the PARISIENNE 21 chair in the dining area (discovered by the client at Equip’Hotel) was customized in a bespoke Carbon shade. TERRAZZA planters structure and define the zones.
On the lighting side, Courtyard by Marriott adopted the two latest innovations: the SWIING lamp and the autonomous and intelligent YUNOS solar floor lamp, which provide a lighting signature that is both contemporary and efficient.
For the sun loungers and coffee tables by the pool and in the fitness area, our client was drawn to the rounded lines and chic look of the MARIETA collection, designed by Expertise Vlaemynck by Fermob.
This project perfectly illustrates Fermob’s ability to support hospitality professionals in multi-purpose layouts, combining design, comfort, and customization.
