Esprit des Sens agency,
Lyon

The offices at Esprit des Sens and Fermob come together for a radiant result!

Since 2008, Esprit des Sens has been helping Fermob to manage its Media Relations.
Fermob’s relationship with the communication agency goes beyond the classic projects that bind the two partners. In fact, Olivia Cuir, the company’s founder, has called on Fermob to furnish the agency’s offices.

In March 2023, the agency moved to ZADIGA-Cité in Lyon, an unconventional building combining offices, gardens and event spaces. Nestled in the former garage of Lyon’s market station, this workshop plays a key role in the city's transformation, and above all the Confluence district.

Esprit des Sens’ offices can accommodate 30 or so employees. The agency also has a reception area for conferences and evening functions for up to 100 people.

With the help of interior designer Delphine Lahlou, who assists her with all her projects, Olivia draws inspiration from current trends to create warm and friendly atmospheres: “we create environments that foster sharing and creativity”.

The duo turned to Fermob’s collections to design several different spaces, basing themselves on their various needs and uses

We wanted to blend in aesthetically with the building by using furniture that complements the site’s distinctly industrial identity. We were looking for lightweight, modular furniture that could be used both indoors and outdoors. At ZADIGA-Cité, we often jump from an indoor setting to an outdoor one, and vice versa. Fermob’s philosophy and expertise is perfectly suited to our way of working,” explains Olivia.

The curved lines of the tables from the Bellevie collection complement the Luxembourg chairs and armchairs that equip the central part of the building, where the “open meetings” take place.
The individual workspaces are fitted with tables and chairs from the Luxembourg collection. As for the lounge area, it is furnished with low armchairs, low tables and footrests from the same collection.

The Sixties armchairs and bench, designed by Frederic Sofia, enhance the outdoor space thanks to their vintage look and graceful weave.

Finally, several Bistro chairs – one of Fermob’s iconic designs – are on hand for lunch on the terrace or events.

“In order to subtly blend the furniture into the décor, we selected classic colours such as Cactus, Clay Grey and Anthracite. To these we’ve added lively touches of Acapulco Blue and Capucine”.
