The agency Les Batisseurs prescribes Fermob for the ecoresponsible fitting out of Parisian offices.
Les Bâtisseurs win the Coffra Group head office contract with their eco-responsible design project
Founded in 2014 by Eloi Coudevylle and Olivier Tabard, the Les Bâtisseurs agency is specialised in the design and building of eco-responsible offices. The two dedicated architects propose a new vision of the relationships between office design, productivity, sustainability and well-being at work.
In 2023, Coffra Group selected Les Bâtisseurs to re-design its offices in an iconic building in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
The agency and the Coffra Group are both strongly committed to preserving the environment. All the materials and furniture were therefore chosen according to strict environmental criteria and sourced locally to limit the carbon impact due to transport.
“Our customer wanted to express its core values of humility, sobriety and discretion in its offices,” explained Olivier Tabard. “This oriented our design choices for elegant, sober and timeless decoration.”
Les Bâtisseurs contacted Fermob for the company’s rooftop area, with its incredible views over the capital city. “We opted for the Luxembourg collection for its timeless style and elegance.”
Every part of the building is designed to optimise employee routes and encourage interactions between the 160 employees. However, the rooftop is more than just another work space, being a community area in itself, used in different ways by the employees thanks to the light, easy-to-handle Luxembourg furniture.
Black Cherry and Rosemary are the perfect expression of sobriety, as requested by the company.
