MOB HOTELS have gained prominence in the French hotel landscape since their launch in 2017.
The priorities for Cyril Aouizerate, the founder of this model of militant hotels committed to social ecology, are the guest experience, the city, culture and protection of the living world, through a movement whose key words are social ecology and organic.
The group inaugurated its latest 4-start hotel in the heart of Cannes in July 2024. As a living space in its own right, all of the hotel’s initiatives converge towards a resolutely sustainable form of hospitality. Renovation of an existing complex, artisanal crafts, local materials, photovoltaic panels and a commitment to organic produce: MOB HOTEL continues to develop based on a virtuous hospitality approach.
As manufacturers, Fermob and Vlaemynck have therefore equipped this hotel, offering 43 suites, with a number of furniture collections made in France or from high-quality natural, sustainable and recyclable materials.
On the balconies and terraces of their suites, travellers will find stylish pieces to meet their every need:
• The ADADESK rocking side desks add a touch of fun and color and enable nomadic workers or business travellers to adopt a dynamic posture while working
• The lounge furniture (low table, side table, etc.) from the SALSA collection invites guests to sit back and relax. Cotton White was chosen as a universal colour to combat the heat of the south of France
• The dining area is composed of a generously sized 220 × 110 cm VANITY dining table, paired with teak SURPRISING chairs in White Cotton.
The team then chose LODGE chairs from the Vlaemynck brand, a specialist in textiles and teak, to equip the restaurant terrace. This collection offers an elegant contrast between the natural nobility of teak (from State-regulated Indonesian plantations) and its gentle curves. Paired with the 80 × 80 cm GORDES table, with Stone-effect strati-compact top, they fit perfectly into the elegant, natural design of the hotel.
Around the majestic swimming pool with its teak deck, IBIZA sunloungers and low round tables, shaded by KOTO parasols, sit alongside LODGE garden furniture, echoing the interior design of the hotel.
